Management Team

Both managing partners/owners of Critical Response Networks, LLC, Michael Morgan and Richard China bring over 25 years of contracting experience each to this practice. After spending 18 years in the service provider market with Program Management and Systems Engineering experience, in 1996 Mr. Morgan co-founded with Mr. China, PrimeNet Inc. www.primenetworks.com a Mid Atlantic communications contracting company in 1996. As Executive Vice President and COO, Mr. Morgan ran PrimeNet's Mid Atlantic operations and was responsible for revenues of $30 Million. In 1999, PrimeNet was sold to Integrated Electrical Services, a publicly traded national electrical contracting firm where Mr. Morgan spent the next six years as VP Federal Systems developing Integrated Electrical Service's Federal Government channel.

Upon leaving Integrated Electrical in 2005, Mr. Morgan has assumed the role of President of TEXELSPL a wholly owned subsidiary of SPL Integrated Solutions. TEXELSPL provides communications contracting services throughout the US.

Mr. China spent most his contracting career as President and Owner of Primo Electric, a Mid Atlantic family owned electrical contracting firm serving the region for over 40 years. Mr. China, also was co-founder of PrimeNet Inc. in 1996 with Mr. Morgan. In 1999 Mr. China sold Primo Electric to Integrated Electrical Services. Soon after the acquisition of Primo Electric, Mr. China assumed a Regional Vice President role for Integrated Electrical Services, responsible for managing (13) electrical contracting firms representing approximately $150 Million in annual revenues. Shortly thereafter, Mr. China assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for Integrated Electrical Services from 2001 through 2004 and was responsible for managing operations of over (50) electrical and communication companies representing over $1Billion in annual revenues. In 2005, Mr. China left Integrated Electrical Services and started First Electric Inc., a Mid Atlantic electrical contracting firm where he currently serves as President/CEO. 

Both Mr. Morgan and Mr. China have an extensive and proven background in the contracting business and will leverage this expertise and their national contracting resources as the basis for the CRN's delivery model.

DAVID REYMANN

David Reymann served as Chief Financial Officer of Aether Systems, Inc. from 1998 to 2006. He played a key role in a successful public offering in 1999 and several secondary offerings, which raised in excess of $2 billion. David was also integral to the restructuring of Aether’s business model, successfully converting Aether from a wireless communications company to a brand acquisition and management company (now NexCen Brands, Inc.; Nasdaq: NEXC). As the Chief Financial Officer of Aether, David effectively developed and maintained a system of internal controls that routinely conformed to all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, without exception.
From 1996 to 1998, he was Director of Finance and Accounting for the Sweetheart Cup Company, where he managed the financial reporting and financial analysis activities for their eleven North American manufacturing plants. Under David’s management Sweetheart successfully consolidated several operations from the Midwest to the Baltimore area, while divesting non-profitable and non-strategic business units.
From 1985 to 1996, David worked for Procter and Gamble, Inc., where he was part of the “P & G Management Development Program”. During his stay at P & G David completed several assignments of increasing responsibility in the financial analysis, accounting and operations areas of the Company.
From 1980 to 1985, David worked for Ernst and Young. While at E & Y he was part of the audit staff working in several industries including banking, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and technology. David’s primary focus was working with emerging growth companies assisting them in building and maintaining an effective system of financial and operational internal controls that would enable them to grow rapidly in a dynamic environment.
David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from The University of Baltimore and is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently is a Board member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Avatech Solutions, Inc. Additionally, David serves on the Board of Directors for The Believe in Tomorrow Foundation.
