Emergency housing is the most critical life - sustaining commodity after a catastrophic event. Our pre-packaged housing kits can be mobilized within a few days from one of CRN’s local pre-positioning centers. The ReadyShelter housing solution is the industry’s only “green” panelized solution made from compressed agricultural fiber such as wheat/straw, a natural byproduct of wheat, which is readily available and can be environmentally disposed of back into the environment easily.

The ReadyShelter kit not only offers an environmentally friendly and toxic free alternative; it is also meets UFAS (Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards) compliance standards for persons with disabilities and currently supports 140mph wind rating .

Our revolutionary, pre-positioned and easily installed ReadyShelter housing solution, designed specifically to serve the temporary housing industry, is the long sought alternative to mobile homes and travel trailers currently serving this market. 

The ReadyShelter solution comes in a 20'X24' one bedroom, 24’x32’ two bedroom and a 24' x 36' three model. The ReadyShelter housing kit can be installed on any flat surface or pier system and includes a raise steel floor joist system, wheat/straw panels, custom steel and roofing system. All housing components come pre-cut with all the necessary fasteners.

The ReadyShelter kit also comes prepackaged from our CRN warehouses with all electrical, plumbing, mechanical and internal finishes kitted and shipped inside our ruggedized, Polyurea coated 235 cu.ft.container, specifically designed for the ReadyShelter with SMART BOX, www.smartboxmd.com. . Once installed our ReadyShelter is ready for move in which also includes a complete occupancy kit as part of the base price. Optional furniture packages are also available.

Our drawing package will comply to all state building codes and is installed by our trained and locally licensed GC/electrical contractors.
