Assembly and Installation

A CRN quality control team consisting of a PM and a QA Manager will oversee all site installations for quality control and compliance to specifications. All materials for each installation are pre-ordered, prefabricated and kitted at one of our local CRN pre-positioning and storage centers. Because our pre-positioning centers are centrally located in storm-prone areas, we can mobilize within 72 hours.

The ReadyShelter panels and custom steel are shipped out on pallets along with 8’ X 8’ X 16’ secured storage containers packaged with all internal electrical, mechanical, plumbing and internal finishes required for installation. Because all of our system components are palletized and packaged in storage containers, we can use normal flatbed transport, more readily available than heavy equipment or rigging systems.

All system components are prefabricated in a controlled environment requiring little site assembly thus reducing site costs and any room for field error.

Our kits are shipped just prior to installation so that our install teams can begin mobilization and installation immediately. Once mobilized, our installation teams will follow the detailed set of instructions and will have the panelized unit in place within a few days. Since all system components and tools can be secured in a lockable storage container, our site equipment and system components remain secure and protected from the elements during the installation. The ReadyShelter house comes with a raised floor joist system and can be installed on any flat surface or pier system.

Upon completion and quality acceptance, our container systems may be left for user storage or shipped back to the CRN pre-positioning center for repackaging. Our units are installed by licensed electrical and GC contractors so the units are ready for occupancy immediately upon completion.

NOTE: Site prep are not included as part of the house assembly.
